In our society, everyone must feel welcome
and have equal opportunities
to attain wealth, power and status.
I will, therefore, move through the stages of (a) tolerance, (b) acceptance, (c) respect, and, (d) inclusion, to affirmation, where I will advocatte and celebrate the diversity and inclusion of all human beings.

If I do not act, helplessness and vicitimization will continue and my silence will be interpreted as approval of racism.

I will help to eliminate racism becasue it is my responsibility and that of all people.
