"The understanding we have
gained through your personal account of your experience in Auschwitz will
hopefully help to prevent such crimes against humanity from happening
again.
Prejudice and hatred are at the root of many of the world's evils. I now
realize the importance of standing up for the nights and freedom of all
people. I will do my very best to fight against racism whenever and wherever
I may come across it.
You are an inspiration to all for the dignity with which you have lived
your life after surviving the Holocaust. Your story will not be forgotten
as it is passed down through your family, and it will be remembered by
those you have influenced through your presentations. I am one such person."
